About Sophie
Sophie studied Physiotherapy at The University of Liverpool. She qualified in 2005 and began working as a physiotherapist. Her work was focussed on musculoskeletal outpatients including ante natal and post natal problems after training with the Pelvic Partnership Trust and pelvic floor problems.
This work led to an interest in Pilates in 2007 as a way of treating and managing spinal and other muscle and joint problems. She qualified as an APPI Pilates Class instructor in 2009 and continued one to one Pilates but began teaching group Pilates.
She is a member of the CSP and registered with the HPC.
Sophie as Style Pilates has been running a variety of classes in the Cheltenham area since 2010 with a loyal and supportive client base.
