Type of exercises

  • Matwork Pilates – the exercise mats will be provided by your instructor, all exercises will be based in different positions on the mat.
  • Pilates on the ball – using gym balls can make the classes more variable increasing your core strength whilst doing sitting, standing or lying exercises using the gym ball to make the exercise more or less challenging depending on what is needed.
  • Magic circle – can increase the work load for your arms and legs
  • Fit roller – can be used in a variety of ways to make it harder to balance challenging the core further.
